A preview is normally booked 2-3 months before your Wedding date.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY MAKEUP PREVIEW?
Please come to your preview barefaced with pictures of makeup that you like. I can then create a look that will compliment your face shape, skin tone etc.
HOW LONG WILL THE TRIAL/PREVIEW LAST?

Yes, I have public liability insurance.
DO I PAY FOR YOUR TRAVEL AND PARKING FEES?
Yes, in some cases. All the details are in my terms and conditions.
WHAT PRODUCTS DO YOU USE?
l use mainly the luxury skincare and makeup range from Charlotte Tilbury but I also have a mix of high-quality makeup products in my kit. I only use high-end products. I have spent years perfecting my kit and using only products I trust and that give great results.
CAN I BOOK IN A PREVIEW WITHOUT PAYING THE DEPOSIT FIRST?
No. I always ask for a deposit to hold your wedding date in my diary before booking your preview. My services are very popular so please understand that I receive lots of enquiries, many for the same date.
Whilst I will always give priority to the first person to ask, until the booking fee is paid the date is not secured.
HOW LONG SHALL I ALLOW FOR MAKEUP ON MY WEDDING DAY?
I will work this out for you at your preview, however as a rough guide for approximate timings I suggest 1 hour per person.
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER YOU CAN ACCOMODATE?
This varies depending on service timings etc. However, I can comfortably cater for 6 people on a wedding morning. For larger bookings, I can supply an additional artist.

CAN I REMOVE SERVICES ONCE THE BOOKING IS CONFIRMED?
​It is at my discretion as I do have a minimum booking size.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.1. I take a deposit (£100) when booking to confirm your wedding date. This is then deducted from the wedding day balance. The final balance is due by cash, bank transfer, or contactless payment a week before your wedding date. By paying your deposit, you are agreeing to my Terms & Conditions.

1.2. I require a minimum of 4 people, including the bride, on any wedding day. In the case of a lesser number, the charge must still cover 4. This is due to my services being so high in demand. ​

1.3. Your wedding date is confirmed only once I have received your booking deposit by credit/debit card payment or bank transfer. Your quote is valid for 48 hours.
The booking deposit is non-refundable for any reason (this includes acts of God, fire, pandemic, illness, and extreme weather)
1.4. Bridal previews are held at my home studio in Hayle on a Monday to Thursday due to Weddings taking place on weekends. Bridal previews are an additional cost and aren't included in your quote. Previews are £80. I offer these to the bride only. Your Preview usually is 2-3 months before the wedding date.
1.5 Overnight accommodation the night before the wedding date will be required for destinations over a 90-minute drive from TR27. I will arrange this and add it to your final bill. I estimate this will be no more than £200. The client must cover any accommodation deposits if required.

1.6 The client must ensure parking is available at the venue and cover my parking costs. Ask me for details.

1.7 The receiver of makeup is responsible for informing me of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities. Any skin condition or allergy should be reported to me before application, and if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test for a reaction. All brushes and products are sanitary and sanitised between every makeup application.
1.8 Photographic/video images of the client, members of the booking or event may be used by me on social media unless the client has expressly withdrawn their consent in writing.
1.9 Individual/strip lash application is included in the price of the makeup service. There is no reduction in cost for any makeup service if they are declined.
1.10 I reserve the right to refuse service to any client who exhibits inappropriate behaviour, is disruptive or does not comply with my policies. This includes but is not limited tobeing under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or displaying aggressive or disrespectful behaviour towards me. My goal is to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for everyone. You (the bride) will be responsible for replacing any items/ products from my kit that are damaged by you or your bridal party or touched or used without my consent.
