Bookings:

A £100 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date. Your quote is valid for 72 hours as my services are high in demand. Until the booking fee is paid, your date is open to other clients.

A minimum of four people is required for a wedding booking. This fee represents my daily rate and ensures an exclusive service tailored to your wedding day. Bookings for fewer than four people are welcome; however, the minimum fee remains applicable.

Once the deposit has been paid, no one can be removed from the booking, but additional members can be added if time allows. If a person is removed from the booking, the full charge still applies.

Trials:

Bridal trials are held at my studio in Hayle on Mondays and Wednesdays, or via Zoom for destination brides. Trials are recommended 2–3 months prior to the wedding date to finalise your chosen look.

Please note that trials are for the bride only, due to time restrictions and the high demand for my services. A trial is not compulsory, however, time on the wedding morning is limited and does not allow for significant changes.

Travel Fees:

The client must cover parking and toll costs.

Travel costs are charged at 80p a mile, these are worked out from my home address in Hayle. These will be agreed between myself and the client. For locations beyond 40 miles, overnight accommodation will also be added. For destination weddings, all travel and accommodation expenses are the client’s responsibility.
Liability:

Brushes and tools are sanitised between applications. Please report any allergies or skin conditions to me before your appointment. I’m not liable for allergic reactions.

I may refuse service to anyone with compromised health (e.g., cold sores, conjunctivitis) or inappropriate behaviour (e.g., being under the influence, aggressive). You are responsible for any damage to my kit.

If I must cancel, I will try to find a replacement artist. If not, a full refund of the booking fee will be issued.

On the Day:​

Punctuality is essential; Clients must be ready when I need them as delays may result in a reduction of services without refund.

My professional kit is reserved exclusively for booked clients. Please do not ask to use any products if you havent booked my services.

Additional location changes or requests may incur supplementary charges.

To ensure your makeup experience is calm and uninterrupted, I kindly ask that you are not disturbed while I am working.

Brides are encouraged to nominate a spokesperson to answer any questions during their appointment, allowing them to fully relax and enjoy the process.

Payment:

Final balance is due 4 weeks before your wedding. If booking within 8 weeks, full payment is required within 48 hours. Non-payment may result in cancellation. The same source must make payments. I do not accept payment from multiple people.

Cancellation Policy:​

Cancellations must be made in writing at least 6 months before the event date to avoid full payment charges.

Cancellations Within 6 Months:
-
If cancelled within 6 months of the event, full payment is due and non-refundable due to the time and resources reserved.

Partial Refund:
-
If cancelled more than 6 months in advance, a partial refund may be issued, minus any non-refundable deposits or expenses incurred.

Force Majeure:

In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, disasters), we will review and discuss options, including rescheduling or partial refunds.

Rescheduling:
-
I will try to accommodate a new date, but if unavailable, full payment may apply. Rescheduling must be done at least 6 months in advance.

Non-refundable booking fees:
-
All booking fees are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation timing.

Additional Costs:
-
You are responsible for any third-party costs (travel, products, etc.) incurred before cancellation.

Trial Cancellation and Missed Appointments

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Missed appointments or late cancellations will incur a charge equal to the full cost of the scheduled service.
